Currently, out major suppliers are located in China.

Order Information
HappySunshineMart.com is a Yahoo! hosted online store. We accept payments via major credit cards and Paypal. Payments go to Focused Marketing LLC, which is the parent company of HappySunshineMart.com. If you have any questions on payments, please feel free to contact us.

Sales Tax
HappySunshineMart.com operates in California and therefore is required to collect a sales tax of 9.25% for orders shipped to a California address. Products shipped to addresses outside of California will not be charged a sales tax.

We are offering FREE SHIPPING to anywhere around the world. However, returns will be charged the original shipping fee. Please read below for details on returns.

Standard Delivery Policy
We ship via standard ground service using United States Postal Service (USPS) or International EMS. Total shipment time will vary depending on location of delivery. Estimated total shipment time for items with no personalization delivered to the US 48 contiguous states is around 2 to 3 weeks from order date. Shipments to International or locations outside the US 48 contiguous states will take longer. We will also provide you with a delivery confirmation number when available so you can track your shipment.

In the event that you need Express Delivery, please email us immediately at customerservice@happysunshinemart.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Some requests can not be express delivered. We will inform you when you make the request.

Although, we will do our very best to ship your order promptly, HappySunshineMart.com cannot guarantee delivery times or refund shipping charges if a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated shipment times given.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If a customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address, we reserve the right to charge inbound and outbound shipping costs to your credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error.

We now do International delivery. Please see Standard Delivery Policy above for details.

Return and Exchange Policy
Please review our return and exchange policy prior to making your purchase. As a valued customer, we want to make sure your shopping experience at HappySunshineMart.com is pleasant and worry free. We stand by the products we sell and will do our best to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please email us immediately with details of your order to customerservice@happysunshinemart.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guaranty that we can refund your order because we may have shipped it already. If we have shipped the order already, please read and follow the refund and exchange policy below.

Merchandise returned to us for a refund or exchange must be postmarked within 14 days from receipt of items. We only accept returned items in their original packaging, with all accessories & tags intact and in unused condition. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. For merchandise that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined in the Shipping Information section. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless it is due to an error on our part. Please read the exceptions to this policy and follow the detailed steps to process returns.

Exceptions
- All clearance items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- All preorder items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged (You will receive an email stating that your item is a pre-order at the time of order and given an opportunity to process or cancel the order).
- All custom-made or special order items are made based upon your order. All sales of these items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- All personalized items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping/handling and gift wrapping charges are not refundable unless due to an error on our part.

Return Merchandise Process
1. Email us at customerservice@happysunshinemart.com to get a Return Authorization Number and a Return Shipping Address.

In your request you must include
- Order Number (you can get from packing slip)
- Date of order (remember it must be within 14 days of your return request)
- Quantity
- Item Number or Sku
- Reason for the return
- Your phone number
- Your full name
- Your ship to (and bill to address if different)
- Your email address

2. A Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you. If we have questions, one of our customer services representatives will contact you.

3. Write your return authorization number(s) on the packing slip, circle the items you're returning, and include this slip in the box along with the items and their original packing material, tags, etc. Additionally, write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box.

Note - HappySunshineMart will not process any returns that are received without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the shipping box.

4. Please ship the product back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse, so use a reliable shipper. We recommend that you insure the return shipment for protection against loss or damage as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

5. We will send you a confirmation email when we receive the package and start to process your returns quickly.
